Lets review:
Deliveries were scheduled late last week and others had traveled
internationally to be in place to access Friday after we received
Thursday.
All was rescheduled for Monday. Sunday night and Monday
morning we learned deliveries were being delayed again as the BUSHES,
mom/pop/&junior, operating from the ranch, ordered CARLYLE to order
carriers not to deliver. This problem was supposedly overcome Monday
and deliveries---
Were rescheduled for Tuesday. Then word came SENIOR had bribed RED
CHINA, or certain key individuals in RED CHINA, to give them some codes
which allowed BUSH to mess things up Tuesday. This problem was
supposedly overcome Tuesday and deliveries---
Were rescheduled for
today, Wednesday. With this news came reports that the BIS had ordered
it out, all interference overcome. From Asia to Europe to the U.S. all
sources were advised the BIS had released it and deliveries were
certain for today.
It's now Wednesday afternoon the last day of
2008 and fireworks are underway in Moscow where it is now 2009. Word
just arrived the packs are back in the court and the problem, as near
as we can determine, still has something to do with RED CHINA, perhaps
ongoing problems associated with them providing codes to the BUSHES, a
problem we had been assured had been overcome on Tuesday.
Another
possibility is that the BIS itself is the problem. Remember previous
admonitions, "when you determine someone to be a liar it is always
downhill from there" and they have definitely lied to us and to the
world. Whether acting on their own or reacting to something done by
BUSH and RED CHINA remains to be seen. Our best judgment from what we
know is that the Bank itself is the problem or more likely bribed
officials thereof.

world is chock full of liars and con-artist. From our level it is
impossible to determine all the details. In addition to those waiting
around the world for us to receive so they can access the IMF countries
were told they could access at 10a.m. this Friday morning after we
received today.
Given the desperation of the bad guys last minute activities we would
guess the exposures must be horrific-for them.
Hang in their friends, the WORLD will overcome the criminals where ever

How

BIS with each of them equally responsible. And just when you think you
have seen it all, that the corruption couldn't possibly get any worse,
it does.
The
head man at the BIS and several of his accomplices stole the FARM CLAIM
MONEY, various codes and lit out. "LIT OUT" is country talk and
synonymous with "high tailed it" and "skedaddled". The money has
already been recovered and is back in place and all the villains except
the head man have been caught/captured. And,
we have a NEWSFLASH for you and the rest of the world. Guess where this
low life thief and criminal extraordinaire is RIGHT NOW? Being
harbored, sheltered and protected by GEORGE BUSH'S GUARDS AT HIS RANCH
IN CRAWFORD, TEXAS.
Not to worry, he will be dealt with in due course.
What do you suppose would make a man of such prominence do such a thing
with the eyes of the world upon him?
Is it Money? Greed? Bribery? Blackmail? WE don't have the answers.
Keep your eyes on the outcome, bad guys get caught and dealt with,
money gets put back where it belongs.
In
time we will likely learn that previous criminal acts had them trapped
so they tried to run. To who? To where? To their employer, the BUSH'S,

Apparently, great effort was used to conceal who was getting thee
payoffs from the Israeli government, but nonetheless, the spreadsheets
are showing who got how much.
It now appears clear this is going to take a very long time to sort out.
Friends
of mine have written warning me to be extremely careful and to
copyright the material so that I can publish it as a book. Interesting
idea.
That would allow me to earn a profit from releasing the
information without selling my soul to those perpetrating these crimes

Rampage in Gaza for a Bump in the Polls / By Mike

'Barak
Obama has passed his first test with flying colors. He's made himself
disappear so Israel can continue its killing spree in Gaza. The last
time a president shrunk this small was when Ariel Sharon took his
wrecking-ball through Jenin during the second intifada. Bush slipped
down a mouse hole so Israel's "Man of Peace" could finish his dirty
work unopposed. Now Obama has taken refuge in that same dark hideaway.
What a relief it must be for his critics at AIPAC and the far-right
think tanks to know that the next Commander in Chief will be every bit
as compliant as the last. That's "continuity
they can believe in".' .....
Obama
has remained serenely detached while American-made F-16's have dumped
more than one hundred tons of lethal ordnance on the captive population
of Gaza. .....
"If somebody shot rockets at my house where my two
daughters were sleeping at night, I'd do everything in my power to stop
them," Obama proclaimed on a recent visit to Israel.
Right. It's too bad Palestinian parents can't claim that same right
without being branded as terrorists.
Perhaps
Obama's inaction will finally put to rest the idea that he's a man who
is seriously committed to justice or change. He's not. He's nothing
more than an ambitious and well-spoken young man who's being used to
conceal the genocidal operation of the imperial machine; a fact that is
particularly poignant on a day like today, .....
December 29, the
118th anniversary of Wounded Knee, when more than 200 Lakota Sioux were
mowed down by the 7th Cavalry on the Pine Ridge Reservation marking the
end of the Indian Wars. Like the Palestinians, the Indians were guilty
of nothing more than having been born in the wrong place at the wrong
time. Needless to say, if Obama had been around then, he would have
looked askance and bit his tongue just as he has today. The truth is
Obama is a "cool guy" who doesn't really feel that strongly about
anything. That's why Obama's moral authority has been gravely eroded
before he's even been sworn in. The bloody streets of Gaza are an
indictment of Obama not Hamas.
When
people see the photos of the Palestinian children being extracted from
the debris of bombed-out buildings in Gaza; they should ask themselves
whether Obama could have saved a few lives by just speaking out. The
fact is, he had a chance to defend the people who can't defend
themselves, but chose silence and complicity instead.

The attack on Gaza was not a spontaneous
response to rocket-fire or a defense of Israel's national security. It
was all mapped out more than 6 months ago as a way to repair Israel's
battered image after its defeat at the hands of Hezbollah in 2006.
According to Ha'aretz:
"Sources
in the defense establishment said Defense Minister Ehud Barak
instructed the Israel Defense Forces to prepare for the operation over
six months ago, even as Israel was beginning to negotiate a ceasefire
agreement with Hamas. According to the sources, Barak maintained that
although the lull would allow Hamas to prepare for a showdown with
Israel, the Israeli army needed time to prepare, as well.
Barak gave
orders to carry out a comprehensive intelligence-gathering drive which
sought to map out Hamas' security infrastructure, along with that of
other militant organizations operating in the Strip.
This
intelligence-gathering effort brought back information about permanent
bases, weapon silos, training camps, the homes of senior officials and
coordinates for other facilities." (Barak Ravid, Ha'aretz)
Barak
tried to use the pretext of a "ceasefire" to create a false sense of
security so the IDF could carry out a decapitation operation against
the Hamas leadership. It's all reminiscent of Barak's performance at
Camp David, where he persuaded Arafat that he was serious about peace
negotiations
while his friend Sharon was back in Jerusalem firing on
Palestinians and inciting the second Intifada. It's called Israeli
kabuki. The myth of Barak's "generous offer" to Arafat has been a
stunning propaganda coup--facilitated to large extent by the New York
Times--but there's nothing to it.
The current operation, "Casting
Lead", exposes the real Ehud Barak, the man "who in the last few months
gave orders to withhold insulin, chemotherapy drugs, dialysis supplies,
and all forms of medicine from the people of Gaza, which turned out to
be just as lethal as the orders to send the warplanes to attack mosques
and universities." How does the portrayal of Barak as "peacemaker"
square with his true identity as the remorseless Israeli Minister of
Defense?
Ha'aretz
again: "While Barak was working out the final details with the officers
responsible for the operation, Livni went to Cairo to inform Egypt's
president, Hosni Mubarak, that Israel had decided to strike at Hamas.
Indeed.
The Palestinians were sold out again by a fellow Arab, Mubarak, who
closed off the Rafah checkpoint so that wounded and frightened
Palestinians couldn't find refuge in a neighboring state. Israel can
always count on venal Arab leaders to help them crackdown on their
people.
Even more cynical, a couple days before the bombing began,
Israel opened the border to let food and medical supplies through for
the first time in months. The supplies were used as bait; a way of
getting Hamas to lower their guard so they'd be less prepared for the
next day's surprise attack. Every detail was carefully worked out. ...
Israel,
which prides itself on being the healthiest democracy in the Middle
East, joins North Korea, Zimbabwe and Burma in denying media access to
a major story.
In essence, Israel has transformed the entire Gaza Strip into a closed
military zone. ....
An
iron curtain has been thrown up around the Gaza Strip keeping the
western press (as it is) from reporting the airstrikes on mosques,
hospitals, universities and homes. Even a girl's dormitory was reduced
to rubble. The only photo record of the attacks is coming from the Arab
press which has done a first rate job.
As always, the corporate
media has spun a pro-Israel narrative that distorts both the facts on
the ground and the overall strategic objectives. ...
it's possible
that Israel is trying to divert attention from their real (unknown)
objective. An article in Ha'aretz suggests that Israel may be planning
to expand the fighting into Lebanon, although this is purely conjecture.
Israel
has steadfastly rejected the results of the 2006 elections which made
Hamas the ruling majority. What is typically overlooked by Israeli
leaders is that Hamas succeeded where Arafat and Mahmoud Abbas have
failed. They've brought about the complete cessation of suicide
bombings. .....
...the press has continued to demonize Hamas as
though they have made no concessions for peace. But they have made
concessions for peace; the suicide attacks have stopped and Hamas is
responsible!
Israeli civilians are safer because of Hamas. Is that worth nothing?
Israel
has expressed its gratitude in the typical way, by imposing a complete
blockade on Gaza's 1.5 million people and cutting off the flow of food
and fuel from the outside. This shows that it's not terrorism that
Israel is really afraid of, but independence. They will not allow an
independent Palestinian government to emerge on land they believe is
their own. Hamas cannot be controlled like the Palestinian Authority,
so Israel is committed to eradicating it. The problem Israel faces
now--after killing 300 Palestinians--is that Hamas' ranks will swell
while support for Abbas will vanish.

The expulsion of Israeli Arabs has long been promoted by the Israeli

Thus, both political parties--Kadima and Likud--support some form of
ethnic cleansing.
With
all the conspiracy theories swirling around the blog-sites, it's hard
to believe that the real motive behind the current siege could be
something as mundane as winning an election, but that is the most
likely explanation.
With Likud's Benjamin Netanyahu solidly ahead in
the polls, and the balloting just 6 weeks away; the only hope for Tzipi
Livni and Ehud Barak is a sudden surge in public approval. War is a
reliable way to bathe oneself in glory provided one's enemy is properly
vanquished. That should be possible if Barak's legions move swiftly to
round up some high-ranking Hamas officials and declare "victory" a week
or two before the voting begins. (A poll taken on Sunday in Israel
showed that Barak's Labor Party has already gained 50 percent since the
bombing began!)
But
could anyone really be so cynical that they would intentionally
slaughter hundreds of people and wreak havoc on an entire society just
to improve their chances of being reelected? ...
Author and jazzman Gilad Atzmon summed it up best in his article "Eine
Kleine Nacht Murder":

much as they insist upon seeing themselves as a 'Shalom seeking’
nation, they also love to be led by politicians with an astonishing
record of unlawful murderous activity. Whether it was Sharon, Rabin,
Begin, Shamir or Ben Gurion, Israelis love their 'democratically
elected leaders’ to be belligerent hawks with their hands dripping with
blood and backed by a solid record of crimes against humanity."
Barak
and Livni are fighting for their political survival. The carnage in
Gaza probably seems like a small price to pay for, what could be, a

What
if Hamas dumped all their rockets in the sea tomorrow? Would Gazans
enjoy the same freedoms as other nations? Would they be able to open
their sea port to foreign ships and rebuild and operate their airport?
Would they be able to import and export and carry on trade and develop
their economy and prosper like other countries?
Would they be
allowed to exploit and develop their offshore gas field? Would their
fishermen be allowed to fish in unpolluted waters? Would their young
people be able to come and go and take up places at foreign
universities?
Would Israel clear out of Gazan airspace
permanently? Would the Israeli navy cease its piracy and stay out of
Palestinian territorial waters? Would you and I be able to visit Gaza
direct?
Fat chance. None of this would suit Israel. So Gazans would be no
better off. Their tormented half-existence would continue.
There
are no rockets coming out of the West Bank. Yet the illegal Israeli
occupation there continues and so does the ethnic cleansing, the land
theft, the illegal settlements, the colonization, the demolition of
Palestinian homes, the throttling of the economy, the abduction and
'administrative detention' of civilians and the massive interference
with freedom of movement. Nothing has changed for West Bank
Palestinians who DO NOT fire rockets. There is no sign of an end to
their misery.
The bloody assault on Gaza therefore has much more
to do with Israel's ambition to expand racial dominance in the Holy
Land than crude and erratic rocket-fire. Hamas and the Palestinians
holed up in Gaza are simply in the way of the Grand Plan and have to be
removed or totally subdued.
The
international community needs to keep their eye on the ball - the big
issue - which is the ending of the occupation and Israel's withdrawal
to recognized pre-67 borders as required by international law. In
short, they need to stop wringing their hands and start delivering
justice, which is long overdue. Palestinians in Gaza will hardly wish
to give up armed resistance until they receive copper-bottomed
guarantees of a normal life unmolested by Israel... and see concrete

us get one thing perfectly straight. If the wholesale mutilation and
degradation of the Gaza Strip is going to continue; if Israel's will is
at one with that of the United States; if the European Union, Russia,
the United Nations and all the international legal agencies and
organizations spread across the globe are going to continue to sit by
like hollow mannequins doing nothing but making repeated "calls" for a
"ceasefire" on "both sides"; if the cowardly, obsequious and supine
Arab States are going to stand by watching their brethren get
slaughtered by the hour
while the world's bullying Superpower eyes
them threateningly from Washington lest they say something a little to
their disliking; then let us at least tell the truth why this hell on
earth is taking place.
Strip away the clichés and the vacuous newspeak
blaring out across the servile media and its pathetic corps of
voluntary state servants in the Western world and what you will find is
the naked desire for hegemony; for power over the weak and dominion
over the world's wealth. Worse yet you will find that the selfishness,
the hatred and indifference, the racism and bigotry, the egotism and
hedonism that we try so hard to cover up with our sophisticated jargon,
our refined academic theories and models actually help to guide our
basest and ugliest desires. The callousness with which we in indulge in
them all are endemic to our very culture; thriving here like flies on a
corpse.
Strip away the current symbols and language of the
victims of our selfish and devastating whims and you will find the
simple, impassioned and unaffected cries of the downtrodden; of the
'wretched of the earth' begging you to cease your cold aggression
against their children and their homes; their families and their
villages;
begging
you to leave them alone to have their fish and their bread, their
oranges, their olives and their thyme; asking you first politely and
then with increasing disbelief why you cannot let them live undisturbed
on the land of their ancestors;
unexploited, free of the fear of
expulsion; of ravishment and devastation; free of permits and
roadblocks and checkpoints and crossings; of monstrous concrete walls,
guard towers, concrete bunkers, and barbed wire; of tanks and prisons
and torture and death.
The state terror unleashed from the skies
and on the ground against the Gaza Strip as we speak has nothing to do
with Hamas. It has nothing to do with "Terror". It has nothing to do
with the long-term "security" of the Jewish State or with Hizbullah or
Syria or Iran except insofar as it is aggravating the conditions that
have led up to this crisis today. It has nothing to do with some
conjured-up "war" - a cynical and overused euphemism that amounts to
little more the wholesale enslavement of any nation that dares claim
its sovereign rights; that dares assert that its resources are its own;
that doesn't want one of the Empire's obscene military bases sitting on
its cherished land.
This crisis has nothing to do with freedom, democracy, justice or
peace. It is not about Mahmoud Zahhar or Khalid Mash'al or Ismail
Haniyeh. It is not about Hassan Nasrallah or Mahmoud Ahmadinejad. These
are all circumstantial players who have gained a role in the current
tempest only now that the situation has been allowed for 61 years to
develop into the catastrophe that it is today. The Islamist factor has
colored and will continue to color the atmosphere of the crisis; it has
enlisted the current leaders and mobilized wide sectors of the world's
population. The primary symbols today are Islamic - the mosques, the
Qur'an, the references to the Prophet Muhammad and to Jihad. But these

Why is life without these policies and instruments of hell impossible?
The answer is because Israel has no intention of allowing a viable,
sovereign Palestinian state on its borders.
It
had no intention of allowing it in 1948 when it grabbed 24 per cent
more land than what it was allotted legally, if unfairly, by UN
Resolution 181. It had no intention of allowing it throughout the
massacres and ploys of the 1950s. It had no intention of allowing two
states when it conquered the remaining 22 per cent of historic
Palestine in 1967 and reinterpreted UN Security Council Resolution 248
to its own liking despite the overwhelming international consensus
stating that Israel would receive full international recognition within
secure and recognized borders if it withdrew from the lands it had only
recently occupied.
It had no intention of acknowledging Palestinian national
rights at the United Nations in 1974, when - alone with the United
States - it voted against a two-state solution. It had no intention of
allowing a comprehensive peace settlement when Egypt stood ready to
deliver but received, and obediently accepted, a separate peace
exclusive of the rights of Palestinians and the remaining peoples of
the region. It had no intention of working toward a just two-state
solution in 1978 or 1982 when it invaded, fire-bombed, blasted and
bulldozed Beirut so that it might annex the West Bank without hassle.
It had no intention of granting a Palestinian state in 1987 when the
first Intifada spread across occupied Palestine, into the Diaspora and
the into the spirits of the global dispossessed, or when Israel
deliberately aided the newly formed Hamas movement so that it might
undermine the strength of the more secular-nationalist factions.
Israel had no intention of granting a Palestinian
state at Madrid or at Oslo where the PLO was superseded by the
quivering, quisling Palestinian Authority, too many of whose cronies
grasped at the wealth and prestige it gave them at the expense of their
own kin. As Israel beamed into the world's satellites and microphones
its desire for peace and a two-state solution, it more than doubled the
number of illegal Jewish settlements on the ground in the West Bank and
around East Jerusalem, annexing them as it built and continues to build
a superstructure of bypass roads and highways over the remaining,
severed cities and villages of earthly Palestine. It has annexed the
Jordan valley, the international border of Jordan, expelling any
'locals' inhabiting that land. It speaks with a viper's tongue over the
multiple amputee of Palestine whose head shall soon be severed from its
body in the name of justice, peace and security.
Through the home demolitions, the assaults on civil
society that attempted to cast Palestinian history and culture into a
chasm of oblivion; through the unspeakable destruction of the refugee
camp sieges and infrastructure bombardments of the second Intifada,
through assassinations and summary executions, past the grandiose farce
of disengagement and up to the nullification of free, fair and
democratic Palestinian elections Israel has made its view known again
and again in the strongest possible language, the language of military
might, of threats, intimidation, harassment, defamation and
degradation.
Israel, with the unconditional and approving support
of the United States, has made it dramatically clear to the entire
world over and over and over again, repeating in action after action
that it will accept no viable Palestinian state next to its borders.
What will it take for the rest of us to hear? What will it take to end
the criminal silence of the 'international community'? What will it
take to see past the lies and indoctrination to what is taking place
before us day after day in full view of the eyes of the world? The more
horrific the actions on the ground, the more insistent are the words of
peace. To listen and watch without hearing or seeing allows the
indifference, the ignorance and complicity to continue and deepens with
each grave our collective shame.
The destruction of Gaza has nothing to do with Hamas. Israel will
accept no authority in the Palestinian territories that it does not
ultimately control. Any individual, leader, faction or movement that
fails to accede to Israel's demands or that seeks genuine sovereignty
and the equality of all nations in the region; any government or
popular movement that demands the applicability of international
humanitarian law and of the universal declaration of human rights for
its own people will be unacceptable for the Jewish State. Those
dreaming of one state must be forced to ask themselves what Israel
would do to a population of 4 million Palestinians within its borders
when
it commits on a daily, if not hourly basis, crimes against their
collective humanity while they live alongside its borders? What will
suddenly make the raison d'etre, the self-proclaimed purpose of
Israel's reason for being change if the Palestinian territories are
annexed to it outright?
The lifeblood of the Palestinian National
Movement flows through the streets of Gaza today. Every drop that falls
waters the soil of vengeance, bitterness and hatred not only in
Palestine but across the Middle East and much of the world. We do have
a choice over whether or not this should continue. Now is the time to

To portray this as a conflict between equals requires some imagination.
...Condoleezza
Rice, having observed that more than 300 Gazans were dead, said: "We
are deeply concerned about the escalating violence. We strongly condemn
the attacks on Israel and hold Hamas responsible."
Someone should ask her to comment on teenage knife-crime, to see if
she'd say:
"I
strongly condemn the people who've been stabbed, and until they abandon
their practice of wandering around clutching their sides and bleeding,
there is no hope for peace."
... And almost certainly one of the
reasons this is happening now is because the government wants to appear
hard as it wants to win an election. Maybe with typical Israeli
frankness they'll show a party political broadcast in which Ehud Olmert
says, "This is why I think you should vote for me", then shows film of
Gaza
and yells: "Wa-hey, that bloke in the corner is on FIRE."
And
Condoleezza Rice and her colleagues, and the specially appointed Middle
East Peace Envoy, could then all shake their heads and say:
"Disgraceful. The way he's flapping around like that could cause

January 1, 2009 8:27 PM THE MAPS TELL THE TRUE STORY:
The
truth is that far from being the poor victim it likes to portray itself
as, Israel is in fact the most aggressive and belligerent nation in the
region, having invaded pretty much everyone it shares a border with.
The following maps show what Israel has actually done.
The
above map is Israel as it was first created by UN declaration in 1947.
The blue portion is Israel, the rest is all Arab lands. Note that
Jerusalem was completely within Arab lands and Israel was much smaller
than it is today. Note also that there is NO Israeli presence inside
the area surrounding Jerusalem. No settlements, certainly no IDF.
The red square outlines the approximate region shown in the map to the
right.
This is Israel as it is today.
Note that the western border of Palestine has been pushed up to
Jerusalem.
Such
a land grab is NOT the result of a defensive act, but of an invasion to
bring Jerusalem under Israeli control, even though Jerusalem was not
originally part of Israel. The maps clearly tell the story of an Israel
conquering lands which do not belong to it. Since Sharon took office,
Israel has built more illegal Jewish Settlements on Palestinian land.
Note
on the above map that the majority of the lands which were originally
Arab lands when Israel was created, are now under complete (white) or
partial (orange) Israeli control. Only the black areas remain to the
Palestinians, and those are shrinking by the minute.
How
does a defensive action result in the total conquest of someone else's
lands? The answer is that it does not. Israel is the aggressor.
The maps of Israel then and now prove it.
Stop
buying into what Sharon claims Israel "has to do" and look at what
Israel has actually done. The maps tell the story of a nation eager to
conquer lands which do not belong to it. Israel has invaded virtually
every nation it shares borders with, including Syria and Lebanon, and
as the map above shows has almost conquered Palestine and is ready to
"ethnically cleanse" the region. Far from being the poor victimized
society desperately defending itself Israel likes to pretend it is in
order to wrest more money from Americans, Israel is in fact the most
militarily aggressive nation in the region.
Israel has ALWAYS portrayed non-Israelis as animals, in order to make
it easier for the American tax payers who pay for the weapons accept
their killing.
And
Israel has always resorted to staged terror bombings to further its
agenda, such as the Lavon affair and more recently when a supposed
suicide bomber turned out to be a known Israeli collaborator. In one
recent case photos showed that what was reported as a suicide bomb in
Jerusalem was actually a car bomb:.....
Even now, the Israeli
media admits that nobody (other than the purported bomber) was actually
hurt in this latest bombing. Now, would a real anti-Israel suicide
bomber, obviously able to select where and when the bomb is to go off,
really choose to detonate the bomb when there is nobody around,
damaging ONLY buildings?
So, if you are being lied to about the
Jerusalem bombings, and with Israel's past use of, indeed PRIDE of,
deception as a tool to be used against friend and enemy alike,
it's time to take another hard look at the fact that every other nation
on Earth except the United States is opposed to what Israel is doing.
You
know, if the United States REALLY wanted peace in Palestine, all they
have to do is stop signing the checks that pay for Israel's war machine.

January 2, 2009 UNCONFIRMED:
Bio-weapon used against Israel today.
The
Hal Turner Show has received information indicating that a very small
but deadly biological weapon was released inside Israel today (Friday,
2 January, 2009) THE INFORMATION IS NOT CONFIRMED.
According
to two separate sources, the bio-weapon material was provided by a
nation state. It was given to people inside Israel who are opposed to
the ongoing military attacks being perpetrated by Israel against
civilians in the West bank and Gaza strip.
The bio-weapon was allegedly released at some time within the last 8
hours. The sources would not be more specific.
The sources would not say where inside Israel the release took place,
but indicated the release was "in a place designed to infect the most
Israelis in the shortest time."
When
asked what type of bio-weapon was used, one source would only say,
"once the incubation period is over, everyone will find out."
When
asked why a bio-weapon was used, another source replied "They are using
their military to attack and kill civilians in Gaza and the West bank."
When asked how many Israelis might be affected, both sources said "tens
of thousands will die."
More details if they become available but as of now this report is NOT
confirmed.

Les Palestiniens pourraient être nombreux, vendredi,
à manifester leur
désarroi dans les rues de la Cisjordanie, en cette «
journée de la
colère », décrétée par le Hamas.
La
Cisjordanie a été bouclée par les autorités
israéliennes pour une durée
de 48 heures. À Jérusalem, seuls les femmes et les hommes
de plus de 50
ans et munis d'une carte d'identité israélienne sont
autorisés à se
rendre sur l'esplanade des Mosquées, troisième lieu saint
de l'islam,
où les manifestants palestiniens doivent se rassembler.
La
police israélienne est en état d'alerte et tente
d'empêcher les
troubles qui pourraient survenir en marge de la manifestation ainsi que
les attentats-suicides.
MONTREAL
- Une manifestation aura lieu vendredi au centre-ville de
Montréal pour
réclamer l'arrêt des frappes aériennes
israéliennes qui visent le
Hamas, mais dont les répercussions se font également
ressentir sur le
peuple palestinien dans la Bande de Gaza.
L'événement organisé par
le regroupement Palestiniens et Juifs unis (PAJU) doit prendre la forme
d'une vigile à l'intersection des rues Sainte-Catherine et
McGill
College, vendredi à midi.
En entrevue mercredi à La Presse
Canadienne, le porte-parole du PAJU, Daniel Saykaly, a soutenu qu'il
s'agit d'une agression injustifiée d'Israël qui a fait des
centaines de
morts et des milliers de blessés. Il réfute qu'il
s'agisse d'une
réponse israélienne aux agressions du Hamas puisque,
selon lui, le
quotidien israélien Ha'aretz a révélé que
l'offensive israélienne était
planifiée depuis plus de six mois.

Mais le
Comité Québec-Israël, qui se trouve également
à Montréal, a une toute
autre vision des choses. Son porte-parole, Philippe Elharrar, y voit
plutôt un acte d'autodéfense de l'Etat hébreu face
aux tirs de
roquettes du Hamas. Il estime que les Israéliens ont ainsi subi
près de
2900 attaques en provenance de la Bande de Gaza en 2008.

Elharrar a souligné à La Presse Canadienne qu'il ne
s'agit plus de
roquettes inoffensives mais de véritables missiles fournis en
grande
partie par l'Iran, et qui ont une portée de 40km. Dans un
environnement
où les villes sont très rapprochées entre elles,
ce sont pas moins de
500 000 personnes qui seraient ainsi en danger, selon les estimations
du porte-parole du Comité Québec-Israël.
C'est pourquoi M.
Elharrar croit que la communauté internationale ne doit pas se
contenter de dénoncer uniquement la situation, mais se mobiliser
également pour mettre en place des mesures afin d'assurer la
sécurité
de la population israélienne.

côté, Daniel Saykaly du PAJU dénonce que le Canada
reste un témoin
silencieux face à l'agression israélienne dans la Bande
de Gaza. Par
ailleurs, il estime que la source du conflit israélo-palestinien
est
"l'occupation illégale du territoire palestinien en Cisjordanie
et à
Gaza".

les Israéliens et les Palestiniens vivre côte à

Elharrar a dit croire que tout est possible. Il a dit fonder cet espoir
sur les accords de paix conclus entre Israël et l'Egypte, ainsi

la Jordanie et qui sont toujours respectés.
S'il peut imaginer un
tel scénario avec l'Autorité palestinienne, il ne voit
pas cependant
comment il est possible de négocier avec le Hamas.
