Hi, Folks - Casper's report below is consistent at several points with some of what we're hearing from other sources at this time. All the same, "Discernment is advised", as we're not at all sure the _details_ within the general outline are accurate. At the least, we don't have confirmation on those details, so the best we can say is, "We don't know." // Received from Wendy via e-mail: ===== In response to ongoing Sabotage by OBAMA, many high level VIP's and dignitaries arrived overnight including the head of the World Court. They met with Obama in the White House around 11 a.m. today. Previously signed agreements were discussed with the result that Obama said he would not honor the agreements he had signed, would not go along with various proposals made regardless of what he had signed and stated that deliveries and announcements would never be made. WE called to the attention of these visitors the fact that 40 Freedom Packs had been previously delivered satisfying the technical requirements for announcements. After careful review and confirmation, determinations were made that language in the documents themselves justified a decision to move forward as if the Nesara Announcements had already been made. This "loop hole" in the documents previously signed by Obama, Bush, the Supreme Court, the World Court and the Nations said that if a certain period of time passed after deliveries and announcements were still being blocked, things could proceed as if the announcements had been made. The 40 deliveries satisfied the technical need for deliveries to have been made and to proceed announcements and the orders issued today by the Supreme Court and the World Court satisfy the technicalities associated with the announcements. At approximately 6 p.m. EST the House, the Senate and the Judiciary were notified by orders signed by the Supreme Court and the World Court that the Announcements had been made and they were to vacate their offices within 24 hours. The House and the Senate, presumably via their leadership, advised the Courts they would not comply, that they make their own laws, that they don't give a damn what the Courts say and that they control the airwaves and the American people will never be allowed to know any of this. They said "we will not honor the agreements signed by Obama, the Courts and the Nations, we will do as we please and you can go to hell". The Judiciary had no response, as the Supreme Court said "we are the Judiciary". Obviously it is "showdown time"---again. Are 'Holding Hostages' 'A Democratic Congressman has stated that he will refuse to vote yes on the pending health care reform bill, declaring that the legislation represents a vastly bloated giveaway to insurance companies and big pharma. Rep. Stephen Lynch (D-MA) asserts that the Senate bill bankrolls the very companies that president Obama says are taking advantage of the American people. “We’ve paid the ransom, but at the end of the day the insurance companies are still holding the hostages,’’ Lynch said in an interview with The Boston Globe yesterday.' ................. “There’s a difference between compromise and surrender” Steve Watson Prisonplanet.com Friday, March 19th, 2010 ...(...) “This is a very good bill for insurance companies and pharmaceutical companies. It might be good for Nebraska, I don’t know. Or Florida residents. But it’s not good for the average American, and it’s not good for my district. Or for Massachusetts.’’ Lynch added. “The insurers still rule,” Lynch said. “Were just pumping subsidies into the current system, but that won’t drive down costs.” The Congressman says he also opposes the way in which the House Democrats intend to pass the legislation, bypassing a traditional vote and opting for the so called Slaughter rule of “Deem and Pass”. Lynch, has said that the parliamentary move would be “disingenuous” and would fundamentally harm the credibility of Congress. He added that the move “may be unconstitutional.” “It’s a stretch,” Lynch said. “I think it hurts our credibility to try to pull a prank like that. We should stand up and tell voters where we stand.” As we reported yesterday, president Obama glossed over questions surrounding the process, stating “I don’t spend a lot of time worrying about what the procedural rules are in the House or the Senate.” /// Unlike his Democratic colleague from Ohio, Dennis Kucinich, Lynch has stuck to his guns despite a meeting with Obama. “The president was courteous and generous with his time,” Lynch said. “The president asked me if there was anything he could do that I should tell him, and I told him, ‘I have been over this bill and I still wasn’t satisfied.’ ” “I continue to be opposed to the bill,” he said.
